Current A & G Supply Ltd. customers with credit accounts in good standing may have their purchases billed to their account. Alternatively, you may pay by credit card.

  Do you have a minimum order?
A.  We have a $ 100.00 (Canadian funds) minimum order.

  What forms of payment do you take?
A.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, orders on account, money orders and direct deposit. 


Q.
  What are your return policies?
A.  We want you to be happy with your purchases.   However if you must return products you have purchased from us please complete the electronic Return Authorization Form or you may print it on your computer and fax it to us at 1-250-545-1015.  All defective products will be accepted for replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion within 10 days of the invoice date.  All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.  All products returned must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition and included all original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and any other accessories provided.

  When will I receive my order?
A.  Customers within our normal trading area (Okanagan, Shuswap, Thompson, Columbia, and Lower Mainland/Vancouver regions of British Columbia) will receive their order by our regular delivery schedule to their area. Customers outside of this area, please contact us for delivery details.

  How much will shipping cost?
A.  Customers within our normal trading area will receive their order prepaid. Customers outside of this area, please contact us for details of freight charges.
