Manufacturer Price Increase Notifications
Below is a list of the increases and relevant notes that we have received from our manufacturers. We work hard to reduce the impact of these increases on our customers. Please contact your A&G Supply Ltd. representative if you have any questions or concerns about how these increases may affect you.
FEBRUARY 2026
KARCHER CANADA
Since our last price adjustment in April 2025, the global trade and cost environment has shifted significantly. In particular, recent U.S. tariff expansions and reciprocal trade measures have reshaped North American supply chains, impacting raw material and finished goods costs.
Key external drivers include:
• Global tariffs: The U.S. has implemented a 10% "Liberation Day" baseline tariff on most imports, followed by higher emergency tariffs on certain countries (Brazil 40%,India 25%) and increased tariffs on Canadian non-USMCA-compliant goods (35%).
• Currency pressures: Continued volatility of the Canadian dollar against the U.S. dollar and Euro increases the landed cost of imported machinery, batteries, and electronics.
• Freight and logistics: Elevated shipping and transportation costs remain well above pre-pandemic levels.
• Service and labour costs: Rising Canadian labour and technical support costs continue to affect warranty and after-sales service infrastructure. Throughout 2025, Kärcher Canada has absorbed as much of these cost increases as possible, offsetting global pressures through internal efficiencies and careful cost management. However, the scale and persistence of these factors now require us to take further action. To ensure ongoing alignment with Kärcher North America and maintain a fair competitive landscape across borders, Kärcher Canada will implement a 4% price adjustment effective February 1, 2026.
EDGEWOOD MATTING
In response to ongoing fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, persistent inflationary pressures, and rising supply chain costs, we are announcing a series of moderate dynamic price adjustments across all product lines, effective February 1, 2026. Range of 3-5%.
JANUARY 2026
NACECARE
Unfortunately, our cost base has experienced significant increases during the past 10 months. These increases have been partially offset through cost savings and efficiency gains, but we were not able to absorb all of them. As a result, we have no choice but to increase our prices by an average o f 3%.

2025 ANNOUNCEMENTS
OCTOBER 2025
AMERICAN DISH SERVICE
Effective October 1st, 2025, we will implement a modest 3% price increase. Our primary objective is to provide you with improved quality and reliability while maintaining competitive pricing. We are confident that you have observed the notable improvements
from cast iron to stainless steel housings, impellers, and other components. These enhancements demonstrate our commitment to ensuring the equipment’s continued reliability and performance as the cornerstone of your operations.
SEPTEMBER 2025
SCJ
SC Johnson Professional passed through a general increase affecting most SKUs.
Progressive Planet Products
At Progressive Planet Products Inc., we take great pride in delivering high-quality products at competitive prices. Since 2023 we have worked diligently to absorb rising costs to ensure stable pricing for our customers. However, due to continued increases in production, freight, packaging, and other related expenses, we find it necessary to implement a modest price update across our product lines. This update is essential to ensure we can continue delivering the exceptional quality, innovation, and service you’ve come to expect, while supporting the long-term sustainability of our operations. Updated pricing will take effect on September 1, 2025.
AUGUST 2025
GOJO
Effective August 1st, 2025, we will apply a 5.5% price increase across all platforms to partially offset the costs that GOJO has already and will continue to absorb. We cannot fully offset the impacts of rising component costs, labor expenses, and evolving
trade regulations.
BETCO
Like many manufacturers, Betco® continues to navigate a complex and evolving global supply environment. Fluctuations in raw material cost and availability, as well as broader economic conditions, are placing added pressure on procurement and production.
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and operational excellence, we are providing advance notice of a 4.5% blended average price adjustment that will take effect on August 1, 2025.
JULY 2025
RUBBERMAID
Effective July 7th , 2025, all orders shipping on or after this date will be subject to a 15% price increase, applicable on tariff impacted items only. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and should the tariffs be removed or significantly reduced, we will adjust pricing accordingly within 30 days.
DIVERSEY CANADA
Diversey Canada, Inc is announcing an “into stock” price change effective July 1st, 2025, of approximately 5%. The individual increase or decrease to the Full Truck Load (FTL) and correlating weight base brackets stock pricing may vary by SKU. Given the uncertain times that our economies are experiencing, we have faced challenges that impact our operational costs. Pricing and the factors make up the overall cost of a product are highly complex with many external stakeholders implicated. As such, we have seen sustained cost pressures across several key areas of our supply chain that directly impact our cost to serve; thus, we must pass a shared portion of this cost to the market.
3M CANADA
Effective July 1st
3M will be adjusting prices on select products:
Approximately 6% on Commercial Cleaning & Food Service Products
PROTEAM
Due to the recent reduction in supplemental tariff amount applied by the US Government on China goods, we postponed the June 1 increase to evaluate the government’s reduced tariff amounts. Effective July 1, list prices will increase from their current levels by another 12% on China-origin products (the same products that increased on May 1), to cover a portion of the overall tariff costs imposed.
The net change for these specific products after both increases is 25.3% higher than their list price on January 1, 2025. We emphasize again that products not of China-origin – all backpack vacuums for example – are not changing and remain at their 1/1/2025 list price values. We remain committed to monitoring the situation and making additional adjustments as appropriate.
JUNE 2025
AMERICAN DISH SERVICE
Due to recent tariffs imposed on goods, we are experiencing increased costs in our supply chain. As a result, we will be implementing a 3% surcharge on our products and services, effective June 16, 2025.
US CHEMICAL & DIVERSEY
Notice of 5% Trade Increase Effective June 1, 2025
Following our prior announcements on April 17 (Solenis) and April 18 (Diversey), we are writing to inform you of an update, superseding the prior announcement, that Diversey and U.S. Chemical will implement a temporary 5% price increase on all "into stock" products and services sold in the United States, effective June 1, 2025.
This surcharge is a necessary response to recent shifts in global trade policy—most notably a very significant tariff on goods from China and baseline tariffs of 10% or more across various regions. These pressures are significantly impacting the cost of raw materials, packaging, and equipment.
Additional Impacts:
• The previously announced TASKI price increase effective May 1, remains in effect on
select SKUs
• An additional increase will apply June 1, to select TASKI machines and parts:
o 8% on machines from Europe
o 5% on parts
• A small number of SKUs sourced from Europe and China will be subject to additional
adjustments.
PROTEAM
With the most recent government announcement of reduced tariffs on China-origin imported goods, ProTeam is immediately postponing the next price increase.
The existing plan was to increase list prices on China-origin products by 50% effective June 1. We are no longer implementing that change on June 1.
Instead, we are evaluating the impact of the newly announced tariff levels and determining what different changes must be implemented.
Please note that the US government still applies a substantial tariff level on China products that is higher than levels in place at the start of 2025. A new price increase will be announced in the coming days.
However, pricing in effect as of May 1 – which involved a 12% increase in China-origin products from their 1/1/2025 values – will remain in effect until further notice.
HOSPECO
On February 1st, the current U.S. Administration issued an executive order imposing 10% additional tariffs on all goods from China pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). On March 3rd, the executive order was amended to increase the tariff rate to 20%. We are working with our supply chain to mitigate the long-term effects should these or any future tariffs remain in place. As a result, we will be increasing prices on affected items June 1, 2025. These adjustments are only being made to account for the cost of the new tariffs. If tariffs are amended again or removed, our pricing will be amended to reflect those changes.
These adjustments vary in range, with some items seeing minimal changes while others are subject to more significant increases, depending on the specific tariffs applied to each product.
MAY 2025
DIVERSEY & US CHEMICAL
Diversey and US Chemical will temporarily apply an additional 5% trade price increase on all into stock products and services sold in the United States, effective May 1, 2025.
This action is a direct response to rising costs tied to global trade policy changes, including a 145% tariff on China-sourced goods and new global baseline tariffs at or above 10%. The temporary surcharge is intended to offset these external pressures without compromising product availability or service quality.
US CHEMICAL
(See update above for additional Increases) Increases are widespread and have included: raw materials, cost of labor, secondary packaging, and freight. Despite our best cost containment and productivity improvement initiatives, the amount of cost increases we have absorbed across each of these areas has forced us to adjust our selling prices to help offset these escalating costs and ensure continued quality and service levels. We will be implementing a weighted average price increase of 4.7% on all chemical products, shipped on or after May 1, 2025.
TENNANT
We want to inform you of an upcoming price adjustment that will take effect on May 19, 2025,in response to evolving global trade conditions. Earlier this year, the U.S. Government introduced new tariffs on a range of goods from several countries—on top of existing tariffs. As Tennant Company manages a global supply chain, these actions have had a direct and significant impact on our costs. As a result, we will be implementing a price increase on:
• Equipment: +0% to +7%
• Parts & Consumables: +7%
CMA
With new tariffs and rising costs for materials, components and freight, CMA has found it necessary to increase dish machines, accessories and parts prices by 3 to 7 percent effective May 5, 2025. Orders that have already been placed and are scheduled to be shipped will not receive an increase.
PROTEAM
(See June Update) We are immediately cancelling the 12% price increase across all products planned for 4/1/2025 and instead are preparing the 12% increase on fewer products. Effective May 1, 2025, only China-origin products will increase 12%. The US government currently has imposed two 10% tariffs on China goods totaling 20%. As noted in the previous announcement, the equipment impacted – which is now only our upright models – will have the 12% increase calculated and then the new list price will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
APRIL 2025
CLEARTECH
New pricing effective April 15 2025. The new cost is a result of increases in raw materials costs and manufacturing costs this quarter.
3M
Slight increase across products effective April 1st 2025
KARCHER CANADA
Karcher Canada inc purposely held back on price increases in January, to better understand if there would be substantial and cumulative impact of these tariffs and increased supplier costs on our manufacturing operations that would necessitate a price adjustment. We are still working diligently to minimize the impact of the price increase and we will only be implementing a flat average price increase of 3.5% on our machines, parts, and accessories effective April 15th, 2025,
GRIME EATER
Increases vary by product - effective April 1st 2025
MOTORSCRUBBER

RUBBERMAID
2025 is already shaping up to be a challenging year with many external factors impacting our business, included within those are cost pressures. As a result, we are communicating a market-wide cost increase of 7% on all our products and categories. This will be effective March 17th 2025.
FEBRUARY 2025
KRUGER
Kruger Products will be increasing contracts and select list prices 2-5% as of February 1st, 2025.
Please note that select contracts, products and categories may be subject to higher increases.
ESSITY(TORK)
Effective February 1, 2025, Essity Professional Hygiene North America will increase the prices of towel, tissue, napkin, wiper, soap and sanitizer, dispensers and specialty products by up to 4%, with select items increasing more than 4%.
EDGEWOOD MATTING
Considering foreign exchange movements, ongoing inflation, and supply chain cost increases, we are announcing the implementation of a modest 2% price increase on all product lines, excluding Athletics, effective February 1, 2025.
As our previous price list was implemented two years ago, we find it necessary to pass along this modest price increase to help offset the aforementioned cost increases in operating the business.

CMA DISHMACHINES
General Parts Price Increase effective Jan. 1, 2025
BETCO
Effective January 1, 2025, we will be adjusting the prices of a small segment of products. These adjustments are a result of changes in raw materials mandated by evolving regulations.
Betco is absorbing the lion's share of related cost increases, and we continue to compensate for others through improved production efficiencies and other cost-saving strategies. Through these efforts to minimize customer impact, we have been able to limit the pricing adjustments to less than 8% of our line.
HOSPECO
2024 was a year of continued increases in our manufacturing, operating, and global procurement costs, as well as double digit increases in ocean freight.
We are already seeing the ripple effect of the upcoming, accelerated tariffs.Additionally, we continue investing in our own facilities and systems to execute on our commitment to you to provide best-in-class service and operational excellence.
While we have been successful in mitigating some of these escalating costs, it is necessary to increase prices on most items, effective with orders placed on or after January 13, 2025.
CLEARTECH
Due to unprecedented fluctuations in global supply chains, raw materials, and inbound transport, ClearTech is increasing prices on a select few items. Contact your sales representative for more information. Effective Jan 15th 2025.
NACECARE
As you may recall, Nacecare did not increase prices in 2024 and in some cases, we decreased them. As a result, our current prices are at 2023 levels or lower, which is unsustainable. As costs of raw materials, labor and all logistics continue to increase, we unfortunately, have no choice but to increase our pricing effective January 1, 2025.
We will update you on the exact percentage increase within the next few weeks. We expect the majority of items will increase between 4 and 6%; however, there may be some exceptions.
PROTEAM
Proteam will be increasing prices, on select products only, effective January 1, 2025. Nearly half of all equipment SKUs will not change. For the equipment SKUs that are changing, the overall increase averages only 1.8%. Specific changes will vary based on product type and SKU. RONCO

BRIGHTWELL

DrainWatch, Laundry, and Warewash.
